As part of your signup form, you can specify any allergies, health goals (ex. pastries with more protein or less sugar), etc. We can accommodate many needs by adapting the workshop recipe itself. For example, if you’re allergic to gluten, we can make a Pavlova instead of a cake. Get in touch with us to talk it over.
-
A 1-hour first time bake experience costs 110€.
A 2-hour pâte à choux (choux pastry) workshop costs 180€.

A 1-hour piping workshop costs 110€.
Personalized, ongoing pastry coaching (equipment audit, kitchen advice, multiple bakes, learning goals, custom recipes just for you, and more) costs 100€ per 1-hour session. A minimum of 3 sessions is required in order to really up your game.
We also gift cards and custom workshops. Let us know!

We can adapt the workshop so children are able to participate happily and safely. We are very familiar with teaching pastry to children — including our own!
We’ll also have toys available if your children tire of the pastry. That way, the adults can finish the workshop if they want, with the kids occupied and in sight.

Hell yeah! We love this. Our founder Emily loves taking workshops (stained glass in Poland, bread in London, etc) solo. We support others doing the same! 🤘
If you book as an individual, your workshop will be private by default. We won’t add any randos to it. It’ll be a good hang.

Yes!
Existential
-
Absolutely. Our founder is a trained professional pastry chef, but the workshop takes places in a normal apartment kitchen in Paris! We’ll talk about your home equipment + space before the workshop and adapt your learning experience accordingly.
Consider this: many modern pastries were invented before electricity even existed. You can definitely make good stuff even without a sophisticated setup!

Blowing away your date with a homemade dessert is an incredible experience. Or rolling up to the family gathering with a gorgeous fruit tarte that everyone talks about for years.
Baking can feel like a major effort because of online recipe fatigue, the need to buy ingredients, spend time, etc. But becoming a good baker changes your identity, both internally and externally. It boosts your confidence, makes you feel like a badass, and at the very least, gives you gorgeous pics to post. Take our word for it.
With just 2-3 key recipes in your repertoire, you can blow peoples’ minds forever.

How exciting! Learning new skills rules. We recommend taking two workshops in total.
1) Our simple, one-hour bake to start. We’ll make a classic and delicious sponge (you can choose the flavor), topped with handmade whipped cream and fruits or nuts. You’ll learn the right way to crack eggs, handle basic equipment, get to know your oven, etc.
Then, another day:
2) Our 2-hour pâte à choux (choux pastry) workshop. We make cream puffs, and the dough is a bit more technical. You’ll enjoy using a piping bag and decorating the puffs in a more sophisticated way than the first cake.
You can always go further after that with our 3-hour tarte workshop!
